The Inspiration

I was inspired by my recent mentoring experiences with MentorMe program at Cisco, GrowthQ sales mentoring platform, and I was also inspired by Schneider Electric’s strong culture of giving back.
These opportunities highlighted the importance of sharing knowledge and experiences to help others succeed.

The feedback I received from my mentees was a strong motivation and inspiration to continue doing this and to launch this platform to provide support and guidance to aspiring sales professionals.

I learn something from every conversation I have. I believe it is always a two-way learning experience

Who am I

With over 20 years of experience living and working across different geographical regions including EMEA and Australia, I’ve had the privilege of working with multiple roles at multinational companies such as Cisco, Schneider Electric, and TANDBERG

Throughout my career, I’ve navigated the complexities of sales and sales account management, and I understand the challenges that come with it.
I have also managed a sales team, which gave me a broader perspective and provided valuable experience in motivation, coaching, strategic planning, and leading by example to drive success

I hold MBA from Heriot-Watt University in the UK, and Bachelor degree of Communication Engineering.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports (soccer, swimming, tennis), scuba diving, and motorcycling.
